Tell us what URL (e.g. SusanSellsHomes.com or StephenWigg.com) you want to use

If your name is easy to spell, we recommend that. Otherwise, we'll work with you to find a unique Domain name. If you already have your own unique URL/Domain Name, we will make arrangements to add it to our server.

Send us a photo (approx 104 x 139 jpg) and if you have a custom banner (approx 467 x 138 jpg) for the top left send us that as well.

According to OABR rules, you must include the broker logo/info in this banner.

We can start with a standard Broker Banner in stock. If custom banners are needed, we will work out some other arrangements.

Once you receive the password from us, login and enter your personal information.

Your Home Page automatically displays your listings. You can add any other listings you desire to include as Featured Properties on your Homepage.

If you don't have any/enough listings, add properties to your Homepage in the price range and area you are working with. You can update these additional properties periodically, but your listings are updated automatically.

Sign up existing clients and new ones as you meet them.
1. Don't leave it up to them to sign up.
2. Consumers need to register to save favorites or correspond with Agents.
3. Start out by sending a link to all the sellers you currently represent.
Include your new Domain Name on your business cards.
Provide a link from your existing Agent/Broker Web Site, etc.
