More than half of MLSs now provide public Web-sites.*

Houston Association of Realtor's consumer-facing site delivers over a half-million email and phone leads to its 29,000 members annually

Costs are $110/month per agent for MLS services.

That equates to 17 leads per agent per month. ($6.50/lead)
